The hallway carpet was filthy. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. the room lacked a usb port, so charging devices was inconvenient. It seemed like a step back in time, i didn't expect that.

i found the location really good. it was very close to the train station, easy to find even with luggage, and it put me near all the main sights. the room was very clean and spacious, with a traditional chic italian feel. i found the bed big and comfy. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.

The hallway carpet looked filthy and needs a deep cleaning. There was no USB port in my room. I did notice worn carpeting.
